During my residency, I had three or four on-going work projects and a couple of personal goals. My on-going projects/work are relevant (social impact game jam, research on Spanish and Japanese games, an interactive experience project about dogs)…..
Nomi (the_nomi) is an interdisciplinary media art person who makes 2D/3D art and videos for events, music, interactive media, video games….
However hard we may try to categorize the rapid pace of tech development, the feeling of teetering between the familiar and the indescribable is hard to avoid. Is it a precipice or a beginning? Can we still chart the course? Or are we helplessly sliding into a dangerous vortex, beyond our control? Can art, in its broadest sense, leave a trace?
Angela Wai Nok Hui and Mikołaj Rytowski utilized the resources of the ping-pong residency effectively, balancing productive collaboration with city exploration. Their spontaneous performance garnered a select audience and facilitated meaningful connections for the duo.

The apartment can be separated into two bays, each with a double bed. There is a spacious bath with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large table seating up to 8 people for meetings etc
The apartment has Wi-Fi and is suitable for “clean work”.
Artists can apply for stays from 2 till 8 weeks.
Cost for the entire apartment: Euro € 80,- per week
Single day use: The cleaning fee (if necessary).
